These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the PUKAPAKU online store.

2. Products
Every piece is produced in limited quantities.
As many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur. These characteristics are part of the product and do not constitute defects.
Product images are presented as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on your screen or device.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Euro (EUR).
Prices include VAT where required by applicable law.
Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.
We reserve the right to adjust prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. Orders
An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully completed.
PUKAPAKU reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability.
If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.
5. Payment
Payment is securely processed through the payment methods available during checkout.
PUKAPAKU does not store your complete payment information.
6. Shipping
Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures or shipping carrier delays.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges that may apply outside the European Union.
7. Returns
Consumers within the European Union have statutory rights regarding returns and withdrawals where applicable under consumer protection law.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number together with photographs of the product and packaging.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria.
